Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

SnapBrief is an AI-powered research briefing service that searches, verifies, and summarizes information from academic and news sources. By using SnapBrief, you agree to these terms.

2. Account

  • You must sign in with a Google account to use the service.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must not share your account or create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.

3. Plans and Billing

  • Free Plan: 2 briefings per day. No payment required.
  • Pro Plan: 100 briefings per day + Advanced AI Review. Billed monthly at ₩9,900/month (~$7 USD).
  • Pro access is valid for 30 days from the date of payment.
  • Downgrade requests take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated tools to access the service (scraping, bots, etc.)
  • Redistribute generated content as your own original research without proper attribution

5. Content Disclaimer

SnapBrief uses AI to generate briefings based on publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy through multi-agent fact-checking:

  • Generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • Briefings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
  • Always verify critical information through original sources.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input queries. Generated briefings may be used for your personal or professional purposes. The SnapBrief service, brand, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

SnapBrief is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to decisions made based on generated content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
